• View our recommended test batteries for standard job classifications.
• Build one or more assessment battery and establish test standards for jobs in your organization.
• Edit and remove test batteries and standards.
• Request Session IDs to start test sessions.
• Start test sessions at any time.
• View the status of any current test session.
• View and print Assessment Results Profiles.

• Match jobs in your company to standard job descriptions.
• Build test batteries and establish test standards.
• Use Session IDs to administer tests in secured test sessions.
• View and print test results immediately.
