Providing general clerical and administrative support in a variety of human resources areas, such as recruitment and staffing, training and development, compensation and benefits, and employee safety.
Providing administrative support in the area of recruitment and staffing, including coordinating recruitment programs, administering assessment devices, interviewing applicants, and generating reports.
Coordinating Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action programs, generating EEO and AA reports, and providing assistance in investigating applicant claims.
Coordinating the development, implementation, and scheduling of training programs; maintaining training materials and documentation. Duties may include providing on-the-job training and conducting classroom training.
Coordinating employee compensation and benefits programs, providing information to individuals regarding policies and programs, conducting research, and resolving compensation and benefits problems.
Coordinating employee safety programs (e.g., job safety policies and practices, personal protective equipment, safe driving, drug testing), maintaining a library of safety-related videos and materials, and providing safety training.
